Do I need any technical knowledge to use what you build?
None at all. I build it, install it, and walk you through the controls. Everything is designed so you can update basic things yourself, like changing your hours or adding a new FAQ answer, without needing a developer.
What platforms and websites does it work on?
It works on any website, including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Carrd, or custom-built sites. It's a small snippet of code that goes in your footer. Takes about 2 minutes to install. WhatsApp bots and Instagram bots work independently of your website entirely.
What if the bot says something wrong?
Every bot I build has a human handoff built in. If someone asks something it can't answer, it immediately says "let me connect you with the team" and notifies you. The bot only answers what you've specifically trained it on. It won't make things up about your business.
How long does it actually take to go live?
Most projects are delivered in 24 to 72 hours from the moment I have everything I need from you, such as your menu, services list, and opening hours. You'll get a preview link to test it before anything goes live on your website.
What's the monthly maintenance fee for?
It's optional and not mandatory. It covers updating the bot when your menu, prices, or services change, fixing anything that breaks, and adding small new features as your needs grow. Without it, you own the bot outright and can manage it yourself.
I'm not local to you, can you still help me?
Yes. Everything is done remotely, meaning I work with businesses across North America, the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond. The only thing that needs to happen in person is the business itself. I handle everything digitally.
Do I pay before you build it?
No. We have a free 20-minute call first. Then I send a written quote. You approve it before I start. Payment is typically 50% upfront and 50% when you're happy with the preview, but I am flexible depending on the project.
